We got tired of watching smart people do dumb work.

Headroom Consulting exists for one reason: professional services firms are bleeding capacity on work that AI should be handling. We build AI systems that give your team back hundreds of hours every month, without replacing anyone.

Why we started

Built from the inside out.

Headroom didn't start as a consulting company. It started inside our own agency.

We were running a multi-brand Amazon marketing agency, managing listings, PPC campaigns, lead generation, brand audits, and client onboarding. The work was high-quality, but the process was brutal. Senior people were buried in repetitive execution. Margins were tight. Hiring more people just added more cost without solving the underlying problem.

So we started automating. Not with off-the-shelf tools or surface-level ChatGPT prompts, but with purpose-built AI workflows wired directly into the tools our team already used.

Within weeks, tasks that took days were done in hours. Entire workflows that required full-time attention were running on autopilot. We didn't just save time, we fundamentally changed how work got done.

That's when we realized: every professional services firm has this same problem. They're paying their most expensive people to do their lowest-value work. And most of them don't even know how much capacity they're sitting on.

Headroom was built to fix that.

Karim Bou Younes

An engineer who learned how to sell, then learned how to build businesses.

Founder & CEO

Karim holds a degree in Computer and Communications Engineering, where he cut his teeth building production software before moving into business.

After graduating, he spent five years in high-ticket sales, working as a Business Development Rep and Manager across multiple companies. He personally closed over $3.4M in revenue and managed a team that closed $11M+. He was the top-performing rep at two different companies, both times starting from the bottom of the leaderboard.

In 2024, he founded an Amazon marketing agency, where he built the systems and processes to manage listings, PPC, creative, and lead generation across multiple brands. When he started automating those operations with AI, he realized the playbook worked for any professional services firm drowning in repetitive, high-cost work.

That realization became Headroom Consulting.
